Lynn paints from life. Often outdoors with inspiration coming from what is around her. She often uses materials from round and about. Perhaps salt water from the sea, sand from the beach or mud from the river bank. One good reason for putting ‘mixed media’ on her works of art. This painting was done in Stornaway waiting for a ferry to take her from the Outer Hebrides.
